Robert S. Green, LLB, President

Mr. Green is the founding partner and president of Centrecorp Management Services Limited and has over 20 years experience in the management, leasing, development and acquisition of shopping centres and other retail properties throughout North America. Mr. Green was in private practice with a national Canadian law firm, where he specialized in commercial real estate, prior to joining the North American Property Group of companies in 1985. Mr. Green was a member of the board of directors and a member of the investment committee of Centrefund Realty Corporation. During his tenure as President, Centrecorp Management Services grew to become one of North America's largest managers of shopping centres and other retail properties.

Henry Bereznicki, Executive Vice President, Western Canada

Henry Bereznicki is responsible for the activities of Centrecorp's Western Division. Over the past 18 years, he has completed the development of numerous shopping centres comprising over 3 million square feet of GLA. Mr. Bereznicki holds an undergraduate degree in civil engineering and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Tracy M. Butler, Vice President, Legal Department

Ms. Butler joined Centrecorp in 1985 and is
responsible for the operation of the company's Canadian leasing and related legal departments. Ms. Butler has more than 20 years' experience in the field and currently oversees the drafting, negotiation and finalization of all leasing transactions in the Company's Canadian portfolio.

Brett Glanfield, Vice President, Property Management

Brett is responsible for the day to day management of Centrecorp's portfolio on a national basis, including rent collection, tenant recoveries and billings, operating and capital cost budgeting and property maintenance. Brett has over 22 years experience in the shopping centre and property management fields.

Gilbert J. Weiss, LLB, Legal Counsel

Gil joined Centrecorp in 1996 following 8 years of private and in-house practice in Toronto where he specialized in residential and commercial real estate, securing financing and mortgage enforcement. Gil is primarily responsible for a number of Centrecorp's legal areas of operation, including drafting and negotiation of leases and ancillary documentation, management of litigation matters and overseeing corporate governance. Additionally, Gil provides assistance in areas such as acquisitions, due diligence and financing.

Karl Bouwman, Vice President, Construction

Karl joined Centrecorp in 1983 and has been involved in all aspects of the construction of retail properties. He has been responsible for the construction, administration/management of over 100 shopping centre development and redevelopment projects.

Spencer M. Mueller, Vice President

Spence joined Centrecorp in 1998 and has worked in the property management, development and leasing divisions of the company. Mr. Mueller's responsibilities as Vice President include development, construction and leasing related activities of new development and existing centres.

Prior to joining Centrecorp, Spence spent seven years with the Alberta Provincial Government and thirteen years in a senior role with a retail and property management company in the private sector.

Ellen Rosen, Director, Leasing

Ellen joined Centrecorp in 1986. She has long term relationships with national tenants, including financial institutions, food retailers and big box tenants and has been responsible for the leasing, development and management of a diverse portfolio of properties including enclosed malls, regional and community strip centres, inner city street front locations and mixed use developments. Her primary market responsibilities are in the G.T.A. and the National Capital Region of Ontario. Ellen is a RECO registered Sales Representative and a member of TCREW.

Tony Fazari, Director, Leasing

Tony has over 21 years of retail real estate experience. He is involved in every aspect of the leasing, remerchandising and redevelopment of existing commercial retail space, as well as development of surplus lands for his portfolio in Ontario and Eastern Canada.

Simon Smith, Director, Leasing

Simon has over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry. Simon's career began with a national commercial real estate brokerage firm focusing on retail investment sales and industrial sales/leasing in south-western Ontario. After managing a research department for a national real estate brokerage company in southern California, Simon returned to Toronto to focus on retail leasing with a national developer for shopping centres across eastern Canada.

Kathy Nogas, Director, Leasing

Kathy has over 15 years of retail real estate experience. Her expertise in site selection, leasing, acquisition, construction, development and implementation of strategic solutions for a number of national retailers has proven to be a great asset. Kathy is responsible for the leasing of shopping centres located primarily in the GTA and South-western Ontario.

Glenn Munro, Eastern Canada

Glenn has overall responsibility for the administration and overseeing of Centrecorp's large and growing portfolio of shopping centres in Quebec and the Maritimes, including 4 million square feet of retail space both existing and under development.

Steven Bishop, Director, Property Management

Steve joined Centrecorp in 1988. Mr. Bishop has an honours degree from Ryerson University where he majored in Retail and Industrial Location and minored in Marketing and Economics. Throughout his years with Centrecorp, Mr. Bishop has been involved in various facets of the business including land development, planning and operations.

Brad Metcalfe, Director Property Management, Western Canada

Brad Metcalfe joined Centrecorp's in Edmonton office in 1997 with over 21 years experience in property management. As Director of Property Management for Centrecorp in Western Canada.
